Is Opening Sept 16th!
Haris and Eric, along with some other Moxy alumni will open Molly's Bistro in Soulard, featuring French/Creole fare in a turn-of-the-century bordello setting. The space was previously Norton's Cafe and will have the largest courtyard in St. Louis. Come check it out.

Valentine's Day

At Moxy
For Valentine’s Day we will be offering our 3-course Prix Fixe menu for $33 as well as the following specials.
appetizer: lobster risotto with candied leeks, butter poached lobster and roasted asparagus
entrees: macadamia crusted seabass with coconut rice, mango salsa and lemongrass fume
seared tuna with sushi rice tower, shitakes, ginger, pea pods and wasabi mayo
filet of beef with horseradish potato, asparagus, red onion jam and gorgonzola sauce
These special will have slight upcharges to our regular prix fixe menu.
For an additional $5, each couple will be able to have a champagne toast with dinner.

PASTA!

Finally...a new page on our menu dedicated to my favorite food - PASTA. Our light fare section includes two sizes of the pastas and three entre-sized salads, with two choices of stir fry.

Chef Eric is officially Chef Consultant for Isle of Capri Casinos. They are currently working on their facilities in Waterloo, IA; Blackhawk, CO; Lake Charles, LA; Caruthersville, MO and more to come. He has been working with the Isle of Capri Casinos since May 2009 to help re-brand their fine dining steakhouse concepts . The Kuhlman Design Group has been providing a strategic partnership as well.
